WARNING DANGEROUS! - Oreo Truffles

Or as I aptly call them 'chocolate covered Oreo cheesecake balls.' 

Why mince words?   

They taste exactly like an Oreo cheesecake batter, it's incredible and incredibly delicious.

 (I did warn you)

You would not believe that they only have 3 ingredients!  Really 2 if you don't count the chocolate coating.

Super simple to make and even easier to pop into your mouth, 

especially when you make them mini like I did. 

I have obsession right now with mini things and lately I've been applying it to candy & baked goods in particular.

I used Bakerella's recipe from here.  

I urge you to try a batch :)

P.s. - I keep them in a ziploc bag in the freezer, so whip up a tray and tuck away for that last minute party you are throwing or a spontaneous girls night movie night and prepare to wow everyone & their taste-buds!
