In The Oven...

Thick, chewy oatmeal raisin cookies 
(with chocolate chips, of course) from smittenkitchen.com. 
Here is the recipe, I doubled it but found it didn't make as much as I was expecting based on her comments, I also chilled the batter before baking and it really did help to make them chewy and thick, YUMMY!!
